What are the dresses made of?
The dresses/gowns are quality fabrics - mostly satin, some taffeta, chiffon or organza, most are boned, all are fully lined and well finished.

How are the dresses pictured?
Most styles pictured are of the actual real dress on the mannequin, very few are a glamour model shot of the dress.

What size dress can I order?
We have a range of styles available - some readymade standard sizes "in stock" and the rest are available for order to specified size.
There are also maternity styles and plus size styles.

How can I order to fit my size?
When ordering it should be noted that while aiming for a close fit - allowances should still be made for final alteration that may be required for an absoluteperfect fit on the dress/gown's arrival.

What colours can I order the dress in?
Most the styles can be ordered in any colour (including white or ivory), and with any colourtrim (where applicable) from the standard colour charts.

What are the prices of the dresses?
Prices generally range from approx $595 to $695. (Size 20 plus may attract an additional fee).

Are there any hidden extra costs?
No, the price is exactly that - in NZ dollars. 

How long does a dress take to be made?
Orders will usually take between 3-6 weeks for delivery (from date of payment) - depending which style, etc. The readymade special styles about 1-2 weeks, and stock held in NZ can be sent overnight.

Do you have a shop?
We don't currently have shop facilities - We do operate via internet/email only - hence the sharp online pricing!  You can, for verification, refer to the excellent feedback regarding some styles that we have sold on Trade Me.

What if you don't have anything I like?
If you are looking for something in particular but don't see it, please do check with us - as there are many other options available.

How/when do I pay?
Payment via internet banking is accepted.  As the gown/dress is being made for the individual, it is necessary to receive full payment prior to it being made.
